Return Policy

All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. The sale may not be applied to any previous purchases or be combined with any other discounts.

We hope you love everything you order from us.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your returned merchandise.

Merchandise Not On Sale must be received within 7 business days from when your order is placed to be eligible for a full refund.

We will only accept returns if the item is in condition it was received. The terms include:

*unworn

*unmarked

*unwashed

*unscented

*clean-no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains

*no rips, pulls or tears

*all tags attached 

 

**All returns will have a restocking fee of $10.00 per item.  We allow only one return submission per an order number. All merchandise returned not in the proper manner will be subject to a $10.00 fee for each item and either returned to the customer at their expense or donated to charity. We do not refund initial shipping costs.

 ***We do not make any exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, return your first purchase and place a separate order for the second item.

  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after the delivery is confirmed via postal service.

Sale Merchandise

All sale merchandise is final sale and is not returnable or refundable.

 

Hosiery and Legwear

We offer a full refund on unopened legwear and hosiery. All packaging must be closed with tags and free of damage. After 7 days all legwear and hosiery is final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Hats and Hair Accessories

All hats and hair accessories are final sale at any price and are not returnable. 

 

Bodywear

All bodywear is final sale at any price and is not returnable

 

Belts, Pouches, Evening bags and related accessories

All belts, pouches, evening bags and related accessories are final sale and not returnable.

 

Slippers and Slides

All shoes are final sale.

 

Return Eligibility 

Please submit your return with your order number and email address when clicking Start A Return on the footer of the website . 

Customer is responsible for the return and cost of the return . If item is lost , the customer is responsible to locate it. Customer must email customerservice.fromhth@gmail.com with tracking number so that we have record of when return will be delivered. 

Please include your original receipt and/or packing slip.
