If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your returned merchandise.
Merchandise Not On Sale must be received within 7 business days of receipt (as defined as when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) for a full refund.
We will only accept returns if the item is in condition it was received. The terms include:
*clean-no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains
*no rips, pulls or tears
*all tags attached
**All returns will have a restocking fee of $6.00. Returns over $300 will incur a 5% restocking fee instead of the standard $6.00. We allow only one return submission per an order number. All merchandise returned not in the proper manner will be subject to a $10.00 fee for each item and either returned to the customer at their expense or donated to charity.
***We do not make any exchanges. If you return an item we can not make an exchange. You will need to reorder it.
Any item purchased on sale at any discount that is more 15% or more are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Items purchased on sale for less than 15% may be returned for store credit only. These items must be returned and received by us within 7 days of order receipt. Receipts must be included in package.
Hosiery and Legwear
We offer full refund on unworn, unopened legwear and hosiery. All packaging must be closed and tagged and not damaged and within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days all legwear and hosiery is final sale and cannot be returned.
Hats and Hair Accesories
Are all final sale at any price and are not returnable.

Slippers and Slides
Slippers and slides can only be returned if they are unworn, not scuffed and in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt of package with the receipt include with return.
Please submit your return with your order number and email address when clicking Start A Return on the footer of the website .
Customer responsible for the return and cost of the return . If item is lost , the customer is responsible to locate it. Customer must email email@example.com with tracking number so that we have record of when return will be delivered.
Please include your original receipt and/or packing slip.
