Return Policy

Non-Sale Merchandise

To receive a full refund, you must submit your return request within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are limited to $500 total or 4 items per order, whichever applies first. This ensures fairness and allows us to efficiently process returns for all customers.

Only one return request per order number is allowed. Multiple requests for the same order cannot be accommodated. 

To return an item, please reach out to us for return authorization and ensure the item is eligible for a refund. We can provide a pre-paid shipping label if needed. A $10 shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your refund if you use our label. Alternatively, you may choose your own shipping method to avoid this fee.

The returned item condition must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unmarked

  • Unwashed

  • Unscented

  • Clean (no deodorant, perfume, or makeup stains)

  • Free of rips, pulls, or tears

  • All tags attached

Items that are not returned in their original condition will not be accepted. Customers may either pick them up in-store or have them shipped back, but return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Category-Specific Returns

Please note the following return rules for specific merchandise categories:

  • Hosiery and Legwear: Only unopened items in undamaged packaging with tags can be returned.

  • Hats, Headwears and Hair Accessories (including scarves and pre-tieds): All kinds of hats, headwear, and hair accessories are final sale.

  • Bodywear: All bodywear is final sale. 

  • Belts, Pouches, Evening Bags, and Related Accessories: All of these items are final sale.

  • Shoes and Slides: All of these items are final sale.


Sale Merchandise

All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Return Policy - International
All requirements from the United States return, as stated above, apply. Out-of-country orders must be returned at the customer's expense. Returns must be shipped with a return signature and all duties.

How to Start Return
To start a return, click Start A Return at the bottom of our website. Provide your order number and email address. Include your original receipt or packing slip in the return package.

Please allow 7–14 days from when we receive your return for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
